Zingiber officinale roots grow in our hoophouses and are harvested in late autumn, just as the frost begins to close out the growing season. Ginger root infused fresh in certified organic cane alcohol. All herbs grown at our certified organic farm in Southeastern Pennsylvania and extracts are manufactured in our Pa Dept of Ag certified processing facility. Our Tinctures are alcohol extracts of the botanicals that we grow on our farm. We use Certified Organic Cane alcohol for the medium. We hand harvest, process, macerate, press, and bottle all of our tinctures on our farm - they are truly seed to bottle. It is always recommended to consult with an herbalist or medical professional if you are uncertain of a botanical or how to use them.
