Natures Garlic Farm was founded to grow high quality Hardneck Garlic without the use of herbicides or pesticides while using a healthy soils approach as part of our sustainable farming practices. We believe that healthy well balanced soils are the key to growing Nutritious and Delicious Hardneck Garlic. We utilize a keep our fields green approach to farming by selecting specific cover crops to plant to prepare our soils for the planting of Garlic as well as planting cover crops between our rows of Garlic so our fields stay green all year. The planned use of various cover crops allows us to reduce harmful pests naturally, keep our microorganisms healthy in the soils, build organic matter in our fields, reduce our use of irrigation, prevent soil erosion, keep our fields cooler etc. We believe in being good stewards of our land while growing a healthy & nutritious Garlic Bulb that will provide an exceptional flavor experience for our customers.
